One of our favorite types of sandwiches is grilled cheese. Not only are they so comforting and endlessly customizable these toasty sandwiches really make the most of our carefully crafted breads. The perfect balance of soft and chewy, with enough structure to prop up lots of cheese and toppings, our bread- is the ideal vessel for any kind of grilled cheese you can dream up.
While some traditionalists prefer a straightforward grilled cheese, with cheddar or American cheese melted between thick slices of sourdough, we like to have some fun getting creative.
