Ingredients

  • 1 Tribeca Oven French Baguette
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp. Sundried Tomatoes in Olive Oil drained and fi nely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 lb deli-sliced Tuscan-style Turkey Breast
  • 1/2 lb sliced Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Beefsteak Tomato thinly sliced
  • 1 large Avocado thinly sliced
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Jarred Roasted Red Peppers drained
  • 2 cups Arugula

Instructions

  • Cut the Tribeca Oven French Baguette in half horizontally.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sundried tomatoes and garlic together until combined.
  • To build the sandwich, spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over both the bottom half and top half of the bread. Top bottom half with an even layer of turkey, cheese, tomatoes and avocado. Season with salt and pepper. Top with roasted red peppers, arugula and then the remaining top half of bread, mayonnaise-side-down. Cut into 4 sandwiches and serve.
