Honey and Herbed Ricotta Spread

  • 1 piece Tribeca Oven Herb Focaccia
  • 30 oz. Whole milk ricotta
  • 1 tsp. Thyme finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 2 tsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. Lemon zest finely minced
  • ½ tsp. Kosher salt
  • 2 fl. oz. Heavy cream
  • As needed Olive oil
  • As needed Honey
  • As needed Chili flakes


  • Prepare Tribeca Oven Herb Focaccia per package instructions
  • In a stand mixer, whip ricotta, thyme, hot honey, lemon juice and zest, salt, and heavy cream until smooth. Fill mixture into a pastry bag, and set aside in the fridge.
  • Slice the Tribeca Oven Herb Focaccia into 2×2 squares, then slice in half horizontally and then into triangles. Brush with olive oil, and toast in the oven at 350F for 5 minutes or until toasted. Allow the Tribeca Oven Herb Focaccia to cool before spreading mixture.
  • Spread whipped ricotta on Tribeca Oven Herb Focaccia and garnish with additional honey and chili flakes.
