Fig and Prosciutto Tartine

Ingredients

  • 1 piece Tribeca Oven Sourdough Baguette
  • As needed Olive oil
  • 8 Tbsp. Soft goat cheese
  • 4 each Fresh figs quartered
  • 6 oz. Prosciutto sliced
  • As needed Honey
  • As needed Pine nuts
  • As needed Thyme fresh

Instructions

  • Prepare Tribeca Oven Sourdough Baguette per package instructions.
  • Slice the Tribeca Oven Sourdough Baguette at an angle, making ¼” thick slices. Brush with olive oil, and toast in the oven at 375°F for 6 minutes, flipping halfway. Allow the toasted baguette slices to cool before spreading goat cheese.
  • Spread goat cheese onto the baguette slice, place quartered fig, and layer prosciutto on top. Garnish with a drizzle of honey, pine nuts, and fresh thyme.
