Winter Chicken Salad Sandwich

  • 4 Tribeca Oven Stirato Bistro Rolls
  • 2 pc. Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 pc. Orange zest and juice
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ bunch Kale chopped
  • 2 cups Rotisserie Chicken shredded
  • ½ cup Dried Cranberries


  • Thaw the Tribeca Oven Stirato Bistro Rolls for 15 minutes and refresh in a 400℉ conventional oven for 6 – 10 minutes. Once cooled, slice the rolls lengthwise to make sandwich bread. 
  • Mince the garlic cloves and place in a large bowl. 
  • Zest and juice the orange and add to the garlic. Add the mayonnaise and thoroughly whisk. 
  • Chop the kale and add to the orange mayonnaise with the shredded chicken and cranberries. Mix thoroughly. 
  • Divide the chicken salad among the sliced ciabatta rolls and make 4 sandwiches.
