  • 8 slices Golden Harvest Sourdough Pullman
  • 1/2 stick Butter unsalted
  • 1 cup Pepper Jack Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Smoked Gouda Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 2 cups Arrabbiata Sauce


  • Butter each slice of the Golden Harvest Sourdough Pullman on one side.
  • On the unbuttered side of 4 slices, sprinkle the cheese evenly. Top with the remaining bread, unbuttered side out.
  • Over medium-high, heat a nonstick skillet or flat top. Add a sandwich and toast 2-3 minutes, until golden brown. Flip and toast the other side for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Repeat with the remaining sandwiches.
  • Meanwhile, in a small pot, heat the sauce until warmed through.
  • Once cooked, cut each sandwich into 4 strips vertically.
  • Serve the sticks with the warmed sauce.
