  • 1 Tribeca Oven Ciabatta Baguette
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese block (not spread) – room temperature
  • 6-8 slices Smoked Salmon chopped
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Shallots
  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  • In a small mixing bowl with a paddle attachment, start by mixing cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth, stopping and scrapping the bowl to ensure the cream cheese and heavy cream are smoothly mixed together. Add the smoked salmon, and mix on low speed for 2 minutes. Next, add shallots, capers, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix for another minute. Serve in bowl with thin slices of a toasted Tribeca Oven Ciabatta Baguette.
