Ingredients

  • 1 Tribeca Oven Ciabatta Loaf
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 14- oz. can Tuna Fillets in olive oil drained
  • 1 cup Multicolored Pitted Olives halved
  • 4 Eggs hard-boiled, quartered
  • 2 large Beefsteak Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 head Bibb Lettuce leaves separated
  • 1/2 small Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 3 Radishes thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Cut the Tribeca Oven Ciabatta Loaf in half horizontally.
  • In a small bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, garlic and mustard together until combined. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • To build the sandwich, top bottom half of bread with an even layer of tuna, olives, eggs, tomatoes, lettuce, onion and radishes. Drizzle with vinegar mixture and season with additional salt and pepper, to taste. Top with remaining half of bread. Cut into 6 sandwiches and serve.
