  • 4 slices Tribeca Oven Sourdough Loaf
  • 2 Avocados peeled, seed removed
  • ½ cup Kimchi
  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh Scallion thinly sliced
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Black and White Sesame Seeds


  • Toast the Tribeca Oven Sourdough Loaf slices to your desired toast level. Remove from the toaster and cool to room temperature.
  • Once cooled, smash half an avocado onto each slice. Top evenly with the kimchi.
  • Garnish each toast with scallions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
