  • 1 Tribeca Oven French Demi Baguette
  • 2 Large Pears peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Apple Juice or Water
  • 1 Wheel of Camembert or Brie Cheese cut into 1/4 inch wedges
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Thyme chopped


  • Preheat oven to 350°F. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine pears, sugar and apple juice. Cover and cook until pears are tender, about 10-15 minutes. Using a fork, mash pears until only a few chunks remain.
  • Cut the Tribeca Oven French Demi Baguette into 1/2-inch slices, being careful not to cut the loaf all the way through. Spread pear mixture evenly between each slice.
  • Place a wedge of camembert between each slice. Bake 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Drizzle with honey and top with fresh thyme. Serve and enjoy.
