Heirloom Tomato Toast

  • 1 Tribeca Oven Ciabatta Loaf
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • 1.5 lbs Heirloom tomatoes Varying Shapes, Sizes, and Colors
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 16 oz Burrata Cut into quarters
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Chopped Basil
  • 1 tbsp Fine Chopped Chives
  • Coarse Sea Salt for finishing


  • Preheat your oven to 350˚F. 
  • Slice Tribeca Oven Ciabatta Loaf into 16 ½- ¾ inch rounds.
  • Brush the sliced Ciabatta bread with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake slices of Ciabatta for roughly 7 minutes or until desired crispness has been achieved.   
  • Rub raw garlic cloves on the bread when still warm and then let cool.
  • Once your bread has cooled off, gently spread a quarter of burrata on each piece.
  • Place your tomatoes on top and garnish with herbs, sea salt and olive oil.
