Hearty Chili Ciabatta Bowls

- 4 Ciabatta Rolls
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 pkg Great Value Mild Chili Mix
- 1 can Diced tomatoes 15 oz.
Thaw the Tribeca Oven Ciabatta Rolls for 15minutes and refresh in a 400℉conventional oven for 6 – 10 minutes. Once cooled, hollow out the center of the rolls. Use a paring knife and cut at a 45°angle from the outside edges of the bread towards the center, taking care not to cut through the bottom. The tops of the bread can be cubed and toasted in an oven and added as a garnish to the chili.
In a medium sauté pan, brown the ground beef. Drain off excess fat.
Add the package of Great Value Mild Chili Mix and the diced tomatoes to the pan and mix thoroughly. Cook for another 2-3minutes, until all excess liquid is gone.
Divide the chili evenly among the ciabatta roll bowls and garnish with your choice of ingredients.
