Cinnamon Apple French Toast Casserole

- 1 Tribeca Oven French Baguette
- 2 Large Apples chopped
- 8 Large Eggs
- 2 cups Whole Milk
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Light Brown Sugar packed
- 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 ½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar optional
- Maple Syrup or Caramel Sauce, for serving
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Combine Tribeca Oven French Baguette cubes and apples in prepared baking dish. Spread into an even layer.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour evenly over bread mixture.
Bake, uncovered for about 40 minutes or until the center is set and edges are golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar. Slice and serve with a drizzle of caramel sauce or maple syrup.
