Cinnamon Apple French Toast Casserole

  • 1 Tribeca Oven French Baguette
  • 2 Large Apples chopped
  • 8 Large Eggs
  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Light Brown Sugar packed
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar optional
  • Maple Syrup or Caramel Sauce, for serving


  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Combine Tribeca Oven French Baguette cubes and apples in prepared baking dish. Spread into an even layer.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour evenly over bread mixture.
  • Bake, uncovered for about 40 minutes or until the center is set and edges are golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar. Slice and serve with a drizzle of caramel sauce or maple syrup.
