  • 1 Tribeca Oven Ciabatta Loaf
  • 4 cups Scrambled Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • ¾ cup Cooked Bacon chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Chives thinly sliced
  • Hot Sauce optional


  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place a roasting rack on a baking sheet. Slice the Tribeca Oven Ciabatta Loaf open.
  • Place the scrambled eggs onto the opened ciabatta loaf. Top with the cheddar cheese and bacon.
  • Place the ciabatta loaf onto the prepared baking sheet and into the oven for 4-6 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the eggs have warmed through.
  • Top with the sliced chives and optional hot sauce.
