Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Tribeca Oven French Pull Aparts
  • 3 medium Granny Smith Apples peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 cup Dark brown sugar divided
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • ½ small Lemon juiced
  • 2 stick Butter softened
  • ½ tsp. Cinnamon ground
  • As needed Apple Butter
  • 4 oz. Brie sliced
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven according to package instructions on Tribeca Oven French Pull Aparts.
  • Prepare apple pie filling. Heat apples, butter, ½ cup dark brown sugar, and lemon until sugar has dissolved and apples are tender. Let cool and set aside.
  • Prepare cinnamon whipped butter. In a stand mixer, mix 1 stick butter, ½ cup dark brown sugar, and cinnamon until well blended.
  • Cut the center of the loaves lengthwise, creating a long pocket along the top – from end to end. Be sure not to cut all the way through to keep the loaf from separating.
  • Carefully spread apple butter into the long cut, then add slices of brie into the cut. Brush the stuffed loaves liberally with cinnamon butter.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Top with apple mixture. Prepare powdered sugar glaze by whisking together powdered sugar and milk until well blended and smooth. Pour over pull aparts when cooled, or serve on the side.
