Thaw the Tribeca Challah Buns at room temperature for 1 hour, cut in half lengthwise, and lightly toast on a hot griddle with butter, about 1 minute. Set aside until ready to build the sandwich.
In a large bowl, mix turkey, egg and parsley together until just combined. Form into 4 equal patties, and season both sides with salt and pepper. Grill for 5 minutes, fl ip and cook additional 4-6 minutes, until temperature reaches 165°F. With about 1 minute remaining on cook time, add 3 slices of brie to each patty and cook until melted.
To build the burger, spread about 1 tbsp. of the raspberry jam on the top and bottom of each bun. Place a patty on the bottom part of the bun. Top evenly with arugula, hot honey and remaining top bun. Repeat with remaining ingredients and serve.
