Preheat oven to 375°F.
Boil chicken breast until full cooked.
Remove and allow chicken to cool. Once cool, shred chicken. Mix the corn starch with water until look like thin milk, amounts may vary.
In a small sauce pan heat hot sauce until warm. Add butter until melted. Once butter is melted add cornstarch mix, allow to heat until thick.
Toss chicken in hot sauce.
Cut half way through in the middle of the pull aparts.
Stuff shredded chicken into the small cuts. Put blue cheese on top. Place in oven for 2 – 3 minutes, or until the top is light brown.
Sever with blue cheese dressing.
