Ingredients

  • 1 Ciabatta Everything Loaf
  • 3/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 12 pcs. Corned beef sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups Sauerkraut drained
  • 6 pcs. Swiss cheese sliced

Instructions

  • If not already refreshed, thaw the Tribeca Ciabatta Everything Loaf for 45-60 minutes and refresh in a 385℉ convection oven for 15-18 minutes. Once the loaf has rested for 30-45 minutes, trim the ends, and slice the loaf into 12 equal ~½” pieces, and set aside until ready to build sandwiches. Tip: The trimmed ends can be used to make croutons, or they can be used in the Everything Ribollita recipe.
  • Spread about 2 tablespoons total of the Thousand Island dressing on the insides of 2 slices of bread.
  • To build a sandwich, layer 2 pieces of corned beef, about ¼ cup of sauerkraut, and top with 1 slice of Swiss cheese.
  • Butter a hot griddle and toast both sides of the sandwich until the cheese melts. Tip: Use a cheese melting dome to make the perfect melt.
