Thaw the Tribeca Oven Stirato Bistro Rolls for 15 minutes and refresh in a 400℉ conventional oven for 6 – 10 minutes. Once cooled, slice the rolls lengthwise to make sandwich bread.
Mince the garlic cloves and place in a large bowl.
Zest and juice the orange and add to the garlic. Add the mayonnaise and thoroughly whisk.
Chop the kale and add to the orange mayonnaise with the shredded chicken and cranberries. Mix thoroughly.
Divide the chicken salad among the sliced ciabatta rolls and make 4 sandwiches.
