Preheat oven to 375°F.
Boil chicken breast until full cooked.
Remove and allow chicken to cool. Once cool, shred chicken.
Mix the corn starch with water until it looks like thin milk, amounts may vary.
In a small sauce pan, heat hot sauce until warm. Add butter until melted. Once butter is melted, add the cornstarch mix and allow to heat until thickened.
Toss chicken in the hot sauce mixture and set aside.
To create smaller segments, cut half way through in the middle of the pull aparts.
Stuff shredded chicken into the small cuts. Put blue cheese on top. Place in oven for 2 – 3 minutes, or until the top is light brown.
Serve with blue cheese dressing.
