Turkey and Brie Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Tribeca Oven Corn & Black Pepper Loaf
  • 4 slices Turkey breast, deli sliced
  • 4 slices Brie cheese, sliced
  • 4 slices Dill pickles, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup Baby spinach, divided

Dijon-Mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

Prep Instructions

  • To make Dijon-mayonnaise, combine Dijon mustard and mayonnaise in a bowl and whisk to combine. Set aside.

Sandwich Instructions

  • Toast bread slices gently on low setting in a toaster or toaster oven. Then spread out 4 slices of bread. Top each slice with a liberal amount of Dijon-mayonnaise.
  • Place two pieces each of sliced turkey breast on two of the pieces of bread, then top with brie cheese and place in toaster oven or hot oven at 350°F for 2 minutes to slightly melt the cheese.
  • Place dill pickles and baby spinach on top of the cheese for each and then top with other piece of bread.
  • Enjoy!
