Slice the Tribeca Oven Challah Buns in half lengthwise. Carefully remove a small amount of the buns on the inside to make room for the scoops of ice cream
Add two generous scoops of ice cream onto the center of the bottom bun and gently press down with the top bun. Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes, or until frozen.
In a shallow bowl, add sprinkles and set aside.
In a shallow bowl, pour the chocolate sauce anddip the ice cream sandwiches into the chocolate.
Roll the dipped ice cream sandwich into the bowl of sprinkles and place back into the freezer to set the chocolate. Alternatively, sprinkles could be sprinkled on top of the chocolate.
Serve frozen.
